PepArML 1.1 released

Of course, a public announcement of PepArML availability caused bugs in the code. :-) PepArML 1.1 has been released to the SourceForge repository. Very minor changes. Source is available in the SVN repository, and binary releases for Linux i686, Linux x86_64, and Windows win32 platforms are available as downloads. Also included in the binary release are the sequence databases and search engine results to reproduce the experiments described in the US HUPO 2008 talk "Improving the Reliability of Peptide Identifications using Machine Learning." Installation instructions and a worked example can be found in the documentation.
